Like many tools used in the workplace, chemicals can help to make your job easier when they are used correctly. However, if they are used incorrectly, they can also be hazardous to your health.
During this course, we will be looking at:

- different types of chemicals and what can happen if you are exposed to them
- where you can find information about chemicals
- how to handle chemicals safely, and
- what to do in the event of an emergency.
